After years of working within the built environment, designing spaces and navigating safety regulations, I began to notice something important. Most safety systems are designed around compliance. He is the founder of Solar and Fire Education (S.A.F.E.), a global initiative focused on fire risks related to solar and battery systems, and has led disaster relief efforts deploying microgrids in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.
